Personal Branding for Career Advancement Workshops
We all know that women in the tech industry face unique challenges: gaining visibility in a male-dominated field, establishing themselves as credible forces, and maintaining their brand integrity. Through my personalized workshops for corporations, I conduct presentations on all aspects of personal branding for women who want to advance their careers. In a group setting, we identify women’s strengths and preferences, find ways for women to convert workplace challenges into opportunities, and help women become leaders in their fields. These workshops include coaching on communication, with a focus on clients; the digital dress code and how an employee’s online presence can affect brands; and professional positioning inside a company and outside of it.

Personal Branding Program for Underrepresented Women
Hiring your next great employees from the women who participate in my professional development program, a holistic career coaching program that helps a woman identify her strengths and set goals, isn’t just about social initiatives or corporate responsibility—it’s a smart business move. Adding diversity to a company has been shown to increase revenue, improve company performance, and increase employee satisfaction. It also sends a strong message about your company’s values.
Not only does the professional development program provide you smart, well-trained candidates in the short-term, the benefits of hiring these women can last for years, and directly impact your bottom line by:
- Increasing your employee pipeline
- Decreasing the time it takes to make new hires
- Enhancing your company’s reputation
- Minimizing employee turnover
- Increasing diversity
- Adding value to your company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives
My professional development program features:
- The widely acclaimed Reach 360™ personal branding assessment to help women identify and define their unique value
- Personal brand development training
- A group LinkedIn action session
- A follow-up webinar to monitor progress
- Ongoing mentorship through the first 90 days of placement
My goal is to place women in entry-level positions with opportunity for advancement while adding continued long term value to your organization. For a new hire’s first 90 days, which is the most make-or-break time in her employment, I make sure that she receives personal mentorship and guidance. That’s because according to human resources company O. C. Tanner, 69 percent of employees are more likely to stay with a company for three years if they have a welcome and thorough onboarding experience. My professional development program, one of the few of its kind to offer 90-day mentorship, is a win-win for both a new hire and the company in which she’s placed: it ensures that she can easily navigate her new surroundings and feel confident in her new role, all of which will help her develop into a stand-out employee.
Because each project is uniquely different, please contact me to discuss your project details.
